Do you only build 3rd Gen PCs?
No! We build ALL Intel generations — from 3rd Gen to latest 14th Gen. The 3rd Gen is just our most budget-friendly option. We also build 8th, 10th, 12th, 13th, and 14th Gen PCs. Tell us your budget and use case, we'll recommend the best generation for YOU.
What does "market price + ₹1,699" mean?
Component prices change daily. When you ask for a quote, we send you the actual market price of each component on that day, plus our flat ₹1,699 assembly fee. We never inflate component prices. Our entire profit from your build is just the ₹1,699 assembly charge.
How is your price lower than local shops?
Local shops mark up components by 15-40% to cover rent, inventory, and staff costs. We operate lean — no retail shop rent, no large inventory. We buy at actual market price and pass that directly to you. That's why you can save up to 40%.
Is the CPU really brand new?
For 3rd and 4th Gen CPUs: Intel no longer manufactures them, so these are recertified — tested, quality-assured, and verified. For 8th Gen and above, CPUs are 100% brand new. Everything else (Motherboard, RAM, SSD, Cabinet, SMPS) is always brand new with full manufacturer warranty.
Can you build a gaming PC or video editing workstation?
Absolutely! We can source specialized gaming motherboards, dedicated GPUs (NVIDIA RTX, AMD Radeon), high-performance PSUs, and advanced cooling solutions. Just tell us your budget and requirements — we'll build it.
How does the warranty work?
Every brand new component carries its original manufacturer warranty (1–3 years). We provide you the original invoices and warranty cards. Plus 1 year of AadhiPC support for any assembly or software issues — completely free.
How long does the whole process take?
Day 1 — You send your requirements. Within 24 hours — We send a detailed quote. Once you confirm and pay — We start sourcing parts. Within 3 business days — Your PC is assembled, tested, Windows installed. Then shipped — Delivered to your door. Total: typically 4-5 business days.
How do I pay?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) and Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS). After you confirm the quote, we'll share our payment details on WhatsApp.
Do you ship across India or only Tamil Nadu?
We ship across Tamil Nadu and other states. Shipping charges apply based on your location and the size of the build. We use trusted courier services with 3-layer bubble wrap and custom foam inserts. Build photos are shared on WhatsApp before shipping.
Is Windows and Office genuine?
100% Genuine. We use official OEM keys for Windows 11 and Microsoft Office. Lifetime licenses — activated once, works forever. No trial versions, no pirated copies. This is non-negotiable for us.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes! We offer an assembly-only service for ₹1,699. You bring the parts, we assemble, install Windows/Office, benchmark, and hand you a ready-to-use PC.
What if I'm not satisfied with the build?
Before we ship, we share build photos on WhatsApp — you can see exactly what was assembled. If anything doesn't match your quote, we fix it before shipping. We also do a full benchmark test to ensure everything is working correctly.
